If you're seeing this page, its most likely that we have agreed to supply you with a different product to the one you ordered and payed for.
Or perhaps you just need to pay for a return shipping costs, or a non-stock item.
This means we have discussed a correction price with you that includes shipping cost where applicable, and we have agreed upon the additional cost.

Making Payment.

• Please ensure you enter the agreed price.
• You can enter comments regarding the original order number and/or eBay sales record number in the final checkout.
• The price you enter is the total agreed cost, no additional shipping fees are payable.
• If you enter the incorrect amount (ie a lower price), no action will be taken until we receive the full quoted price.

If returning your original item.

• Your invoice for this payment will be sent to you by email. Our return address is show on the invoice.
• We take no responsibility for items damaged during shipping. This is why we ship by registered mail and we strongly recommend that you insure the item against damage.
• The item must be returned in re-sale-able condition. The item will be tested for functionality and physical damage, wear and tear.
  If we consider the returned item to be damaged and not re-sale-able, This order will be adjusted and refunded to the value of return postage of the returned item. The damaged return item will be posted back to you with an explanatory note.
• So make very sure the returned product is in as-new condition, packed well and insured for your own protection.
